OKLAHOMA
In 2000, the Oklahoma State Legislature enacted a statute that prohibited racial profiling, but no data collection was included in the legislation. In 2002, an amendment to this statute was introduced that would require every state, county and municipal law enforcement agency to record data for all pedestrian and traffic stops.
